Perfect location steps from the RER B from both airports. Lots of restaurants and close to attractions. The staff are marvellous and accommodations are clean. For this city, it's really good value if you just need a spot to lay your head. 😄

Cozy atmosphere, but steep stairs made getting to my room a workout.

this hotel could’ve been charming if I didn’t have to carry my luggage up the steep stairs. so quaint, yet not a single upgrade or complimentary anything for my troubles. oh, and don’t expect to recharge your devices conveniently—only two power points in the room! almost considered giving them a good review but just couldn’t, sadly.

the staff helped me catch a train to the airport quickly. the breakfast felt a bit stale.

Couple getaway fits the bill

The twin room we got was pretty clean and peaceful. Having a kettle in the room was a nice touch, perfect for late-night tea.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was acceptable for what we got.

I loved how warm and cozy the room was, a real escape from the chilly Parisian weather. However, I did wish for a lift when lugging my suitcase up those steep stairs. Still, every corner had its charm, and I enjoyed the refreshing breakfast options nearby.

I recently stayed at du cygne for a couple of days, and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from chatelet les halles I loved the warm, cozy atmosphere, and the charming character of the building really resonated with me!

Friendly receptionist made us feel safe. central location close to attractions. Delightful cozy space for our night in Paris! Fast, reliable wi-fi was a big plus.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, including free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped me return sim cards I left behind. They are super nice and willing to assist. I highly recommend staying here. I’m coming back for another trip!

Conveniently located near the metro and numerous dining options, the charming atmosphere resonated with us. The staff was exceptionally friendly, enhancing our experience, and we loved the delightful assortment of muffins available nearby. However, the lack of an elevator made accessing our room cumbersome, particularly with steep stairs, and the absence of basic amenities such as a kettle was noticeable. My only regret was not opting for breakfast, as the nearby alternatives looked more appealing than the hotel's offering.

Location near major attractions like the Louvre and numerous restaurants offers great convenience for exploring. Room cleanliness stood out, with daily maintenance ensuring a tidy environment.

The lack of a lift makes access to upper floors a hassle, especially with irregular stairs that can challenge those with heavy luggage. Rooms are quite small, particularly the bathrooms, and while they’re functional, they lack extra amenities like kettles or hairdryers.
